Cycling Southland and the SIT Zero Fees Velodrome are playing host to the 2020 Vantage Age Group Track National Championships from 5 to 8 March.
The Vantage Age Group Track National Championships brings together the champions of tomorrow and some of the leading names from yesteryear as under 15, under 17, and Masters athletes take to the SIT Zero Fees Velodrome to fight it out for national title honours and try to claim the hotly contested Points Shield.
Can Southland reclaim the shield it had held in the past, will it return once more to Waikato where it has resided the last couple of years, or can Canterbury claim the shield this year off the back of a strong performance at Elite Nationals? With only a handful of points separating the top three teams, every podium will count.
Come and cheer on the riders as they battle it out over four days of competition from 5 to 8 March. New champions will rise, records will fall, and everyone will give their all in one of the fastest and most exciting sports out there.

The racing kicks off on Thursday 5 March, with morning sessions start at 9am, and evening sessions at 5pm, apart from the final session on Sunday 8 March, which will start at 2pm.
