 Hi All,

We are running an 8 week nutrition and exercise challenge starting on the 24th September and finishing the week ending the 25th November. Please see attached the flyer for more information if you are interested.

In summary this will be a group based programme with a maximum of 10-12 people. We are only running 1 group so first to register will get preference. The programme includes a weekly 90mins nutrition workshop and exercise circuit (45mins each) every Monday evening for 8 weeks either from 6.00-7.30pm or 7.00-8.30pm depending on preference from those who register.
