Want to join a crew on the Rail Trail to raise money for Tony McAra's new 'You Bike?' There are a number of options on the Trail for Tony being held on Saturday 24 May.

Tony unfortunately suffered a stroke while driving a support van during the SBS Bank Tour of Southland last year and a group of hardy supporters are rallying to fundraise for his You Bike.

The options include ride one: Start midnight Friday 23 May at Clyde to bike - 300km (Clyde-Middlemarch-Clyde)

Option two: Start at Middlemarch at 7.30am and bike back to Clyde - 150km

Option three: Start at Ranfurly when all other cyclists are coming through at 10.00am for 70km ride back to Clyde.

The aim is to finish at Clyde early afternoon and have a BBQ at the Roxburgh family's home in Cromwell.

If you don't want to ride you can sponsor Sid Cumming and the hardy crew who are doing the 300km.

The web site with details is: http://www.givealittle.co.nz/cause/tonymcarafundraising or, if you would like to join the ride email Bill at [email protected] - all support is welcomed!
