Tyler Hamilton has arrived in New Zealand and will be heading to Dunedin on Thursday.
There are a limited number of seats still available for Friday’s Club Otago lunch – so please feel free to continue spreading the word.
Details for Friday are set out below. Please ensure your guests are aware of the particulars.
Date Friday 17th April
Venue Level 2A, Forsyth Barr Stadium. Entrance through Gate J, Speight’s Stand
Time Assembly from 11.45a.m. onwards. Proceedings underway at 12.10p.m. We anticipate the lunch will be completed by 1.45p.m.
Parking The car park at the eastern end of the stadium is available for use. Fees are $1.50 per hour. The penalty for non-payment or over-staying is $65.
Dress code Smart casual
Dietary needs If you or guests have any special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc), please let me know about those by midday tomorrow (Tuesday)
There will be the regular business card draw, raffle (please bring $10 for this) and the heads & tails.
If you wish to have question asked of Tyler, please send that to me by email. Questions will be collated and we will attempt to have as many answered as possible.
Tyler’s Book ‘The Secret Race’ will also be on sale at the lunch (he will sign those personally) for $25. A donation to Tyler will be made from the sales by our book store partner – Paper Plus Dunedin.
No tickets are issued for the lunch. There will be a seating plan and name tags at the entrance to the lounge on Level 2A. If you haven’t already done so, please send me the names and work places of your guests.
