Coached session for U15 riders. All U15 riders aiming to represent Southland at Track Nationals need to attend this session, which will have a strict focus on events U15 riders will participate in at Nationals. The session is also open to riders not aiming to take part in Nationals this year.

Coached session for young riders who are eager to get their first taste of riding on the velodrome. This is multi-week introductory programme for riders 10 and over, and will help them gain the skills they need to progress onto other track sessions like Flyers, Rockets, and on to the Junior squads.
