Coached session for young riders who are eager to get their first taste of riding on the velodrome. This is multi-week introductory programme for riders 10 and over, and will help them gain the skills they need to progress onto other track sessions like Flyers, Rockets, and on to the Junior squads. Coached session for riders who have progressed through the Learn to Ride programme and looking to build their skills and increase their fitness. The ideal stepping stone for anyone looking to join in club racing or other track training sessions in future.

**On weeks where the King House Removals series takes place, Flyers riders are welcome to come and take part in the Novice/U13 grade in the King Omnium Series, with racing starting at 5:30pm.

5:30pm - 8:00pm   King House Removals Omnium Series Round 5 (Open-skilled)
Round five of the King House Removals Omnium Series takes place this week, with an sprint-focussed programme featuring standing laps, derbies, and gladiator points races. Riders who have already entered for the series do not need to enter again, while those who want to enter for round four can do so here.
Riders taking part in the Flyers session before the racing can join in with the Novice/U13 group for free, but need to sign on on the night.
