12pm - 1pm Lunch Roll
4pm - 5pm Learn to Ride (Fully coached beginner kids term-long block, booked in advance)
5pm - 6pm Flyers (Fully coached intermediate kids)

Sunday 23 September
1pm - 3pm Southern Hub

Monday 24 September
9am - 10am Cyclofit (supervised fitness and rehabilitation session on MTBs and trikes on flat gray of track)
4pm - 6pm Under 15 Squad
6pm - 7pm Adult Racing six week block (registrations only)
7pm - 9pm Open Sprint Squad

Tuesday 25 September
12pm - 1pm Lunch Roll
4pm - 5pm Rockets (Under 13 development)
5pm - 6pm Secondary School Students (Beginner & intermediate students fully coached)
6pm - 7pm Under 19 Squad
7pm - 8pm Open Endurance Squad

Wednesday 26 September
9am - 10am Cyclofit
