Coached session for riders who have progressed through the Learn to Ride programme and looking to build their skills and increase their fitness. The ideal stepping stone for anyone looking to join in club racing or other track training sessions in future.

6:00pm - 7:00pm   Sprint Squad (Open-skilled)

Coached session open to skilled U19, Elite, and Masters riders, U15/U17 riders welcome with coach referral and approval by Sprint Squad coaches. The focus is on sprint events and skills, including match sprints, Keirin, team sprint, and time trial.
Roger Nicholas will be coaching.

Coached session for young riders who have progressed through Learn to Ride and Flyers and find themselves ready to build on the skills and fitness they need to enjoy their track riding even more.
