Wednesday 
9am - 10am Cyclofit 
4pm - 5pm Learn to Ride (Fully coached beginner kids)
5pm - 6pm Flyers (Fully coached intermediate kids)
6pm - 7pm Track Start (Fully coached beginner/intermediate adults)
7pm - 9pm Sprint Squad

Thursday
4pm - 6pm Under 17 Squad
6pm - 8pm Southern Hub

Friday
9am - 10am Cyclofit
