Velodrome Track Schedule

Regular track training resumes today, 20 January 2020
 
Monday
9am - 10am Cyclofit 
4pm - 6pm Under 15 Squad
7pm - 9pm Sprint Squad (Advanced adults, U19, and U17 with coach referral, with focus on shorter track events)

Tuesday 
12pm - 1pm Lunch Roll (recreational group ride on the track - no coaching)
4pm - 5pm Rockets (Coached junior rider development)

Wednesday 
9am - 10am Cyclofit 
6pm - 7pm Track Start (Fully coached beginner/intermediate adults)
7pm - 9pm Sprint Squad (Advanced adults, U19, and U17 with coach referral, focus on shorter track events)

Thursday
4pm - 6pm Under 15 Squad
6pm - 8pm Under 17 Squad 

Friday
9am - 10am Cyclofit 
12pm - 1pm Lunch Roll (recreational group ride on the track - no coaching)
