9am - 10am Cyclofit (Rehabilitation and fitness on trikes and mountain bikes on the flat grey)
4pm - 6pm Under 15 Open Squad
7pm - 9pm Sprint Squad

Tuesday 21 May
12pm - 1pm Lunch Roll
4pm - 5pm Rockets (Coached junior rider skill and racing development)

Wednesday 22 May
9am - 10am Cyclofit
4pm - 5pm Learn to Ride (Fully coached, pre-booked beginner kids cycling per term)
5pm - 6pm Flyers (Fully coached intermediate kids cycling)
6pm - 7pm Track Start (Coached beginner-intermediate adults)
7pm - 9pm Sprint Squad (Final session until post Track Challenge)

Thursday 26 May
4pm - 6pm Under 17 Squad
6pm - 8pm Southern Hub

Friday 24 May
9am - 10am Cyclofit
12pm - 1pm Lunch Roll
4pm - 5pm Learn to Ride
5pm - 6pm Flyers
6pm - 8pm Friday Night Racing - all welcome ($10 entry, $5 novices)

Sunday 20 May
11am - 3pm Wet weather Rec Ride
