Learn to Ride Term 4

We are now taking registrations for the Term 4 Learn to Ride Track block for 2019.
This offers beginner children, aged 10 and up, an introduction to track cycling. Minimum height restriction 130cm.
Starts Wednesday 23 and Friday 25 October, from 4-5pm, and runs until the end of school term. Select either a Wednesday or Friday but not both.
$85 fee includes, track hire, bike hire, coach and water bottle.

2019 Yunca Junior Tour of Southland

Back by popular demand for its 36th year - the Yunca Junior Tour of Southland registrations are now open.

This event has introduced many of New Zealand's aspiring cyclists to tour racing and many have gone on to represent their country at the highest international level.

The annual Yunca Junior Tour of Southland has six stages for Under 19 & 17 Men and Women and under 15 & 13 boys and girls.

This is a fantastic tour to experience in the welcoming south!

Invercargill elite cyclist Hamish Keast produced a strong sprint to take the title in Saturday’s Gore – Waikiwi cycling classic. The annual handicapped event, sponsored by Southland Farm Machinery / Geo W Wilson & Sons, attracted a field of 48 riders with the race leaving Gore in pleasant spring-like conditions. Read Article
