Sprint finishes decided both women’s honours in the UCI Oceania road cycling championships near Queenstown today. Australians prevailed in both the junior and elite women’s titles raced in ideal conditions around a challenging circuit near Arrowtown. For race report, full results and video highlights click here.

Christchurch cyclist Sam Horgan gave the New Zealanders something to cheer about with an outstanding victory in the elite men’s time trial on the opening day of the UCI Oceania Road Championships in Queenstown.
