New Zealand's top track cyclists will be looking to step up a gear when they compete in the second of three UCI World Cups in London next week.

Greetings one and all as another week gains momentum,

This weekend we are hosting kids from Dunedin and Wanaka south for the South Island Secondary Schools Track Champs, and it’s a pretty good field of entries across the board, so head on down for some free entertainment between about 10am and 2pm this Saturday and cheer them all on!

A strong field of riders including the defending champion, Olympic and Commonwealth Games medallists - with Southland's own Pieter Bulling and Cam Karwowski in the mix - and a former UCI Omnium World Champion, will contest Friday’s Criterium National Championships in Auckland.

The fundraising committee has travel fund initiatives planned to help assist riders to Cambridge next February and March for the Elite and Age Group Track Championships.
