Europe5 Team Sprint BikeNZ’s sprint cyclists have beaten world champions Germany in the team sprint at the German Grand Prix in Cottbus over the weekend with the Southland trio of Dawkins, Archibald and Beadle again all featuring.

The 2025 edition of the SBS Bank Tour of Southland will take place from 2 November to 8 November.
In the 2024 edition of New Zealand's most successful multi-stage road race, Josh Burnett one his second SBS Bank Tour of Southland in the space of three years.
Winning a second SBS Bank Tour of Southland in the space of three years is something that will take some time to sink in for Josh Burnett.
The 24-year-old produced a strong final day in the 68th edition of the Southland tour to add his name to an elite list of riders who have won the fabled event multiple times.
