Elite & U19 Track National Championships
Cycling Southland and the SIT Velodrome are playing host to the 2021 Vantage Elite & U19 Track National Championships from 24 to 27 February. Please come out and see the best riders in the country, including our Tokyo-bound Olympians, fight it out for podium honours. Tickets for the evening sessions are available from Stadium Southland reception, or from Ticketek here. Morning sessions are $5 cash at the door, or free for U16s and seniors.
No Road Race this weekend
With the Vantage Elite & U19 Track National Championships on this weekend, there will be no road race on Saturday. Racing will return next weekend.
No Wednesday Worlds
It's looking a bit dreary out there, so the decision has been made early to cancel Wednesday Worlds for today. We look forward to seeing everyone at the track supporting our Southland riders at the Vantage Elite & U19 Track National Championships tonight instead! .
Wednesday - Zwift racing
Cycling Southland Wednesday Worlds p/b GreenMonkey is now an official Zwift event - thank you to Daniel Carruthers of GreenMonkey for his invaluable contribution when it came to making this happen. For more information on the event, click here, and enter via the Zwift Companion app. Racing on Wednesday evening, 7:30pm, with A, B, and C grades.

Otago/Southland Secondary Schools Road Cycling Championships
The Otago/Southland Secondary Schools Road Cycling Championships will be held at Teretonga Park on Wednesday 24 March. Please click here for more information.

ILT New Year Track Carnival
It was an epic weekend of racing, with Scott Henderson taking out the Cycling Southland trophy in the Open wheel race, and Finn Edwards toaking out the OJ Henderson Memorial Trophy in the U17/15 wheel race. For race results and photos, click here.

Covid-19 response: Alert Level 1
Level 1:
With the return to Covid Alert Level 1 as of 12am Thursday 18 February, there are no longer restrictions on gathering sizes.
We ask that everyone continues observing good hygiene and using the Covid tracer app when entering Stadium Southland.
Guidelines for exercise under Level 1:
*Keep a diary of where you were and when, so it is possible to contact trace should there be another wave of Covid-19 infections.
*Use the Covid Tracker app and scan the QR codes when entering Stadium Southland.
*Please maintain good hygiene - wipe down equipment after use.

Please scan the QR codes avialable throughout Stadium Southland.
We still require registration through Webscorer to ensure contact tracing and to help our coaches plan their sessions, and all riders, coaches, and officials will need to ensure their names are on the sign-in sheet for each session.
Tickets for evening sessions available from Stadium Southland reception or via Ticketek.
Day sessions are free for U16/Seniors, and $5 cash at the door for other spectators.
