New General Manager Appointment

On behalf of the Executive, I am delighted to announce the appointment of Chris Foggin as the new General Manager for Cycling Southland. Chris has mostly recently worked for Cycling New Zealand as the Education Manager where he led the national strategy for coach, instructor and officials’ education and development. He also has his own coaching business, the Performance Effect where he works as a sports education consultant providing coaching and coach development services.

Chris commences on Monday 21st June and will be working in a part-time capacity, spending a few days in the office in Invercargill and then working remotely from his home base in Alexandra.

We are thrilled to be welcoming Chris onto the team and believe his skills and experience will be a real asset to Cycling Southland.

Regards
