Can you help out? A crew are organising some bike activities in Glengarry on Saturday 29 March as the Environment Centre Bikewise activity in February was cancelled due to weather.

Greetings and what an epic couple of weeks it’s been but the result is proof of the massive amount of personal and club effort that has gone in over recent months as Southland is now the proud holder of the National Points Shield for seven years!!

Well this is the first chance I have had to sit down and write a few words since arriving in Cambridge on Tuesday … it’s been all systems go up 'til this point and now I have 40mins to bang some words out before it is time to head back to the track!

2012 New Zealand Road Race Champion James Williamson will be holding a "How to Win" Training Camp in Alexandra on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 April.

Phew – phase one of the Track Nationals is done and dusted but it’s only half way there as our team of primed and fizzing Elites begin assembling in Cambridge to start phase 2 from Thursday through to Sunday.

Southland dominated the team events on the final day of the national age group track championships. The locals won four of the five team titles on offer yesterday across the team sprint and team pursuit, with three more New Zealand records falling in the process.
