The 2014 Alpine Classic will be held again on Saturday 15 March, covering Queenstown to Wanaka return, via the Crown Range - a total of 140km.
Organised by the Southern Lakes Multisport Club, the Alpine Classic is open to all those able to ride a bike - either road or mountain and is open to individuals and teams of between two and four riders.

The Crown Range is New Zealand's highest State Highway offering challenging uphill sections and exciting downshills through some of the most spectacular scenery the country has to offer.
