World defending individual pursuit rainbow jersey holder Erin Criglington has doubled her catch at the UCI Worlds Masters Champs in Manchester over the weekend bagging the rainbow jersey for the points race.
Racing with the combined age categories of 35 - 44 Erin was still racing for two separate podiums and racing over 60 laps with sprints every 10.
She managed to score a single point in the first sprint, with a couple if other fourths. Going into the last sprint she was one point behind the leading competitor in her age group. She timed the last sprint nicely to finish 4th and on the same points as the Argentinean rider and since she finished ahead of her in the final sprint Erin took out the race and the rainbow jersey!!
Yet again so awesome to see the NZ flag and hear the national anthem!!!
