Hi folks and welcome tomorrow to yet another month – where are they going again this year?
As many were enjoying school holiday/Easter breaks we had a crew of around 50 riders of all ages taking on the hard-core racing courses at the Age Group Road Nationals in Timaru over the past weekend.
It was certainly gritty stuff and, while everyone certainly gave it their best shot, there were a handful of notable results for some of our southern contingent.

Corbin Strong 1st U23 Road Race
Hamish Keast 2nd U23 Time Trial

Reuben Thompson 3rd U19 Time Trial (CO-Wakatipu)

Marshall Erwood 4th U15 Time Trial & Road Race

Caitlin Kelly 4th U15 Time Trial

Fraser Hewett 4th MM1 Road Race – and with a mechanical!

Rhylee Akeroyd 5th U17 Road Race

Well done everyone on giving your best at the event and huge thanks to Rachael Kelly and Steven Keast who looked after the team over the three days of racing! Also to Ian Densie, Tony Corkill, Waine Harding and Neil Jamieson who were commissaires for the three day event - top effort!
