Hi everyone,
For those who were able to make it down to either our 10th Anniversary Pot Luck Dinner last Thursday and/or the May Magnifique! ILT 10th Anniversary Track Carnival on Friday and Saturday, thanks for joining us and helping make it such a great birthday celebration. It was epic – and so was having our elite sprinter Matt Archibald and Junior Worlds NZ team here as well.
The event wrap up can be found here

A big thank you to those ladies from the Junior Div who helped organise the anniversary potluck dinner last week. It was great to see the numbers who attended and the array of food on offer, and awesome to see those junior riders who took part in the riding. I received considerable favourable comment from our numerous sponsors who attended about what a great night it was.
Also, a big thanks to those involved either as riders or officials/volunteers in the May Magnifique! carnival on Friday and Saturday. The Wheel Race went down a treat and congrats to Emily Paterson and Tayla Lumsden for their success – well ridden! The less said about my race the better … I’m blaming the jiggery-pokery on the start line and will be calling for a rematch (where I’ll ride the right gearing too)! A big thank you to Ferg for all his help in getting me to the start line too.
We’re now looking towards Corporate Pursuit (July 10), club prize giving (July 7) and the club’s AGM (July 27).
Junior Division AGM
Please put 7pm Wednesday, June 15, in your diaries for the Junior Div AGM. We will be looking for nominations for the committee etc, presenting the accounts and budget, and discussing other matters. Agenda to come, but please put in the calendar. It will be in the Sarah Ulmer Lounge.

Final Road Race
Congratulations to Matt Zenovich, Wayne Miller and Peter Leighton for taking out their respective grades in Saturday’s final Points Series race around the Donovan circuit. This race also marked the end of the summer road series, so enjoy the break folks.

Trading Post
A reminder that we have our own online buy, sell and trade page on our website Check out the products here If you wish to sell anything, email me the details and an image and it will be uploaded – Corporate Pursuit time is a good time for bikes to move too.
Corporate Pursuit
With the next event on the horizon in July, we’re still after more volunteers to lend a hand at our Corporate Pursuit on 1 and 10 July please. Contact [email protected] if you can help out please.
Well that’s it for a short, sharp week – hope you enjoy the long weekend!
