Coaching Forum – Tuesday 4 Feb 6pm-7pm
Trying to squeeze in a Coaching Forum is  tough at this time of the year, with training or racing on every night of the week!

I think the best we are going to get is an info filled power hour prior to racing on a Tuesday.  This time round the forum is going to focus on speed work (relevant as we build up to Nationals) and we will also touch on ‘walking the line’ (calling for pursuits) as well as a quick visit to Training Peaks – what this is and what it involves.

Those who are keen to come along can let Dale know at [email protected]
